Payments and refunds

• Prices are listed in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
• Refunds: within 14 days of purchase for courses with under 20% completion. Processing times vary by payment method.
• We may change pricing for future purchases; posted changes will not affect existing access.

Intellectual property

All course content, text, and materials are owned by Ivorytrail Atelier or its licensors and protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased content for your own learning.

Acceptable use

• No unauthorized sharing, scraping, or resale of content.
• No attempts to circumvent access controls or disrupt the Service.
• Respect others; harassment or abuse is prohibited.

Content is for educational purposes only and not individualized financial, legal, or tax advice. We do not guarantee outcomes or performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivorytrail Atelier and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
